FYI Wednesday: Quick Fx Eyelift Cream

Hey Pinay chics! Just got some goodies from Watsons last couple of days and I thought I might share a short product review as I start my FYI Wednesday! Yey!

FYI Wednesday will be about short and full product reviews that I want to share with you. Of course the ultimate goal is to honestly share with you ladies what I experienced while using the product. This can be a guide, a motivator for you to buy a product you've been eyeing on or a warning just in case. I am looking forward on doing this awhile back and finally now..here it is!

Review:

Quick fx's Eyelift Cream is not a newbie at all. But it was just last month that I realized that my eyes already need some pampering. Why? Because even if I am working at home I still experienced stress and exhaustion. Maybe radiation also has something to do with this. My eye bags are so thick, its getting darker each day and my eyes are puffy. Lack of eight hour sleep added up to what my bags are bearing right now. So, I really have to do something. 

Well, I have little investment on skin care but since I am starting to get hooked up I guessed this is also a good time to be serious about my skin. So, my first option is to use an eye cream. But hey! eye creams can be really expensive, where to buy now?

I immediately dropped by at the nearest local drugstore and scanned their shelves and here's what I found!

Quick fx Eyelift Cream could be the hero for my dark circles. I checked out the shelf and saw other products from Quick fx: they have a pimple eraser, a tinted moisturizer, a cc cream, a no-shine mattifier and other stuff that's really eye catching and worth trying. 

The sachet packaging is a thumbs up for me because it has a screw cap that makes it travel friendly and less messy. 

Contents: Water, Mineral Oil, Niacinamide, Petrolatum, Cetyl Alcohol, PEG-100 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Polysorbate 60, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyvlohexasiloxane, Triethanolamine, Dimethicone, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol, Glycerin, C14-18 Alkyl Ethylhexanoate, Polyacrylamide, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-7, Ellagic Acid, Propanediol, Anogeissus leiocarpus extract, Triticum Aestivum extract

Promises: Helps reduce the appearance of lines, dark circles and puffiness, helps refine and tone areas around the eyes.

Okay! I am using this for 1 week now...

The problems that I am longing to solve are still there and nothing changed yet. However, I can feel that changes are happening inside may skin little by little. Yes it moisturizes the skin under my eye and after application it has this soothing effect on my eyes that makes me want to sleep already (is that a good effect? I am not sure). The cream is thin and not heavy. It is not sticky at all. By the way, after watching Korean skin care videos here's a tip: when applying eye cream do not spread it immediately instead let it be absorbed by your skin by patting it down. Hehe! 

Conclusion:

After a week of using Quick Fx Eyelift Cream, the dark circles are still there, puffiness and lines are still there too. But it makes my under eye skin moisturized and my eyes felt relaxed after applying it. So, I think I will give it a chance and continue using this until I finish the sachet.
